Built to Make Enterprise Outcomes Assured
Schools, districts, and education institutions navigate students, teachers, and leaders to the outcomes their accountability frameworks measure — from math scores to professional development completion to MTSS effectiveness.
Origin
MyGooru was founded in October 2024, but the work behind it began fifteen years earlier. Navigator Labs, our research foundation, was established to ask whether the assured pathways that GPS made routine for navigation could be made routine for human outcomes — in classrooms, on shopfloors, in agencies, in any enterprise where the destination is known but the path through it is not.
Over fourteen years, Navigator Labs ran 110 research projects reaching 5.3 million learners across K-12, higher education, government training, and enterprise contexts. The research produced the technical foundations of what is now MAP: the polyline model for digitizing domains, the belief network for reasoning over stakeholders, and the navigation framework for generating personalized pathways.
MyGooru is the commercial company that brings that research to enterprises. Established in October 2024, with exclusive IP transfer from Navigator Labs, MyGooru deploys the architecture across twelve enterprises today and is expanding to many more.
What We Believe
Enterprise outcomes are emergent. They arise from the coordinated actions of every stakeholder. The job of enterprise AI is not to automate around the people whose work produces the outcome — it is to navigate every one of them, individually and in coordination, to the outcome they are working toward.
Formal reasoning is what makes navigation assured rather than approximate. It is the layer that LLMs alone do not provide and that no amount of LLM scaling will produce. We build that layer.
